Gary Kent – Lead Agent. Gary has two key responsibilities. He leads the team and is our primary listing agent. He focuses on marketing and selling your San Diego real estate while maximizing your return and protecting your interest, all in the shortest time that meets your time frame.

Gloria Bell – Transaction Partner. With over 12 years on the team, 30+ years in San Diego real estate, and 3,500 closed transactions, Gloria "quarterbacks" your transaction and handles the mountain of paperwork and critical details. You benefit with a full-time professional personally walking you through the entire escrow process safely.

 

Stephanie Alvarado – Marketing Manager. After Gary or a team member lists your San Diego home or other property for sale, Stephanie implements the Gary Kent Team marketing plan. This proven process involves a myriad of marketing media from newspaper to signage to magazines to massive internet exposure. Both your agent and Stephanie consistently keep you aware of what is going on with your property and what to expect next.

 

Kevin Hall – General Manager. Every team needs a “Manager/Coach.” Kevin’s background includes over 25 years in the real estate industry with experience in real estate sales, property management, title insurance, and lending. Gary points the direction for the team…and Kevin works out the details to make it happen. His vast experience as a real estate broker also helps you avoid dangerous pitfalls in the contract. In addition, Kevin is an instructor in the Real Estate Department at Palomar College where he began teaching in 1990.
